“Most of the people on the flight were there for a good holiday in the sun with bikinis and sunblock but we 15 with our average age of 70 and our borrowed (mostly) sleeping bags and mats and rucksacks were quite easy to pick out among the rest of the travellers because we mostly wore our walking boots which were too heavy to go into our borrowed rucksacks….. ”
